Before Treatment

During Treatment
Needle sensations vary from person to person. Mild pain or soreness during insertion may occur and is normal.
In general, the more relaxed you are, the milder the sensation.
Navel Acupuncture is a safe acupuncture treatment. Please stay relaxed and avoid unnecessary tension.
After Treatment
Rest after treatment. Drinking warm water may help support circulation and metabolic adjustment.
Please avoid excessive exertion and exposure to cold or wind.
Many low back pain patients notice improvement during the same treatment session.
In some cases, temporary soreness, fatigue, or symptom fluctuation may occur after returning home.
These are considered healing responses. Please return for follow-up assessment as needed.
